Practice Experience: Attorney Killion assists clients with the complexities of small business ownership, entity formation, business litigation, B2B unfair and deceptive trade practices, negligent misrepresentation and fraud cases, employment disputes, breach of contract claims, and other business-related matters.
Prior to joining The Jacobs Law, Attorney Killion represented lenders, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements, curing title defects, and closing representation. She is also experienced in the administration of probate estates, guardianship and conservatorship matters, estate planning, and landlord-tenant cases.
