She has argued for and obtained preliminary injunctions / temporary restraining orders enjoining opposing parties from engaging in specific conduct. She has extensive experience representing condominium associations and condominium trustees as well as property management companies in Massachusetts. She has also represented institutional lenders throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire in title litigation, disputed foreclosures, and lien enforcement actions, as well as contested eviction proceedings. Attorney DiGiampaolo has also argued before a full panel of the New Hampshire Supreme Court and secured two client-favorable and precedent-setting opinions from that Court.
