
Travis J. Jacobs is the Founding / Managing Partner of The Jacobs Law, LLC. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Federal District Court of Massachusetts, & Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice areas include Business & Corporate Law, Contracts, Transactional work, Civil Litigation, & Appeals.
Travis also serves as a member of the Criminal Appeals and Post-Convictions Panel of the Private Counsel Division within the Committee for Public Counsel Services.
While earning his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Travis participated in a number of oral argument, brief writing, and moot court competitions, including the Thomas C. Clark Appellate Oral Advocacy Competition. He was also selected to be 1 of 4 members of Suffolk Law School’s team for the 2007 Jessup International Moot Court Competition. As an oralist, Travis placed 11th individually in the U.S. Regional Round held in Arizona. During law school, Travis also held intern positions at The U.S. Mission to the European Union, Weir Law in Hong Kong, China, and the office of Senator Mark C. Montigny at the Massachusetts State House.
