Notable cases: Michael has worked to represent the needs of commercial clients, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of Massachusetts courts. Michael has litigation experience involving unfair and deceptive business practices in violation of M.G.L. ch. 93A , state and federal wage laws, fraud, breach of contract, trademark infringement among other business disputes. Michael’s practice also includes transactional work, including contracts, entity formation, drafting and reviewing operative documents (operating agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements), and intellectual property agreements and assignments.

Education: Michael holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, and a B.A. in English and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. While in law school, Michael completed legal internships with the City of Boston, the Texas Civil Rights Project, the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and Duane Morris, LLP in the Entertainment and New Media division.
